Rich DePalma is a husband, father, small business owner, and District 8 community advocate who has worked to improve the quality of life in Southwest Austin for over a decade.
In 2016, Rich started his own consulting practice to allow greater flexibility for his community service. He has almost 20 years of experience working with municipalities, state agencies, public school districts, and the private sector on a variety of areas including operations, facility management and construction, water resource management, technology, and human resources.
Rich lives in Meridian with his wife, Janki Nayar DePalma, a USGBC LEED certified professional who is also active at Baldwin Elementary School, Ronald McDonald House, The Urban Land Institute, and the Asian American Quality of Life Commission. They have two boys, Gabe and Nate.
